This project consisted of 11 Apartments across 4 floors, above a podium slab. This project consisted of full LGS structure, including insitu concrete floors and facade completed with brick, render and stone finishes.
This building achieved BER A2 rating and was completed on a very restrictive corner site located on one of the main commuter routes into central Dublin.
