Paul Connolly

Chairman

Paul is an internationally experienced corporate financier, private equity investor and non-executive director with over 30 years hands on experience in a variety of sectors. Framespace are extremely fortunate to have someone of Paul’s experience as Chairman to help guide our development and growth strategy.

Michael McElligott

Director

Michael is a Founder of and Principal in Tetrarch Capital, one of Ireland’s leading real estate investment and development companies. Michael will assist Framespace in matters of strategy and business development in a part time role leveraging his considerable network of contacts and potential customers in the development and investment community.

Frank Madden

Director

Frank is an expert in the field of Manufacturing Operations and it is against this background that he founded Crest Solutions in 1998. Crest provide bespoke machine and serialisation solutions to manufacturing and packaging clients in Ireland and internationally.

Frank will advise and assist in the design and implementation of our Manufacturing Operations Management system (MOM) at our Longford Facility.

Declan Murtagh

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Having spent the last 20 years in the construction industry, Declan has been involved in the delivery of projects ranging in size from €500k to €80 million. Declan previously worked in Senior Management positions for both a leading Tier 1 Contractor and a Specialist Modular provider and brings an unique insight to the Irish and UK markets.

Michael Foley

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Michael has extensive experience as an accountant and CFO in both the public and private space. 

Eoin Madden

Head of Business & Product Development (Founder)

Eoin founded Framespace in 2016, having previously led Stanta Ltd, (Ireland's first LGS manufacturer) which he exited in 2009. Eoin has over 35 years' experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors, with an extensive expertise in LGS construction across Ireland, the Middle East, USA and UK. Eoin's primary focus is on the Business and Product Development aspects of the business where his passion for sustainable construction are clearly evident.

Micheál Keohane

Director

Micheál was a Director of a Tier 1 contractor, delivering significant projects such as large-scale PPP projects across the last 20 years. He has set up, and led the acquisition of, businesses within a multi-billion euro PLC. He was the Managing Director of an Off-Site Volumetric Manufacturing company and brings a wealth of industry and specialist expertise to Framespace.
